How long delivery takes, by part of the UK
Everything leaves us within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. What varies after that is Royal Mail's own transit time, not our terms.

Most single kits sit between £9.99 and £26.99, so two small kits usually clear the free-delivery threshold where one does not. Worth knowing before you split an order.
What arrives in the parcel
A complete kit, not a pattern and a shopping list. Every kit in the main range holds:
- The fabric, cut to size with a margin for mounting.
- The threads, sorted and labelled to match the chart symbols.
- A blunt tapestry needle - blunt on purpose, so it finds the hole rather than splitting the weave.
- Printed instructions and a readable chart.
A hoop is the one thing not always included, which is why the hoops and frames range exists. Aida, threads and floss and patterns all post on their own if you are topping up rather than starting fresh.

Free on orders over £20 and a flat £5.99 below that, wherever in the UK you are. If something is not right we refund in full and pay the return postage.
How quickly do orders leave you?
Within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday. After that, mainland addresses usually see the parcel in 2 to 3 working days.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No - we post within the UK only. That is what lets us keep one flat price, free delivery over £20 and free returns for everybody.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, we are online only. There is no counter, but the range is wider than a shop could hold and returns cost you nothing.
