We keep delivery simple and honest.
Free UK delivery on orders over £20. Spend £20 or more and delivery costs nothing at all.
Orders under £20 ship for a flat £5.99.
Dispatch: every order is picked, packed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time: your kit will be with you within 8 days of ordering - dispatch and delivery included. We will email you when your parcel is on its way.
Where we deliver: everywhere in the United Kingdom.
Stitching to a deadline? If you are making something for a wedding, birthday or Christmas, order early - give yourself the full delivery window plus your stitching time, and add a buffer. Deadlines and needlework mix best with headroom.

UK Delivery & Dispatch - FAQs
When will my order be dispatched?
Within 48 hours of ordering, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday. You get an email the moment it leaves us.
How much is delivery?
Free on UK orders over £20. Below that it is a flat £5.99, whatever the size of the parcel.
How long does delivery take?
Two to three working days to mainland addresses once posted. Allow an extra day or two for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and for Northern Ireland.
Do you deliver to the whole UK?
Yes - every UK postcode, on the same terms. There is no surcharge zone and no postcode we refuse. See our delivery areas for typical times by city and region.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at present. We are a UK-only shop, which is how we keep delivery free over £20.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
Email us. If it has genuinely gone missing we replace or refund it - you will not be left arguing about a lost parcel.
