We are a UK business and we answer emails Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you message us at the weekend we will get back to you first thing Monday.
Before you email, the answer might already be on our FAQ page - delivery times, returns, fabric counts and beginner questions are all covered there. And if you are stuck mid-project, our guides section covers everything from starting a thread to framing the finished piece.
If in doubt, just ask. We would rather answer a quick question than have you guess.

How quickly do you reply?
Same working day in almost every case. A real person reads it - there is no ticket system and no bot.
Can you help me choose a kit?
Yes, and we would rather you asked than guessed. Tell us who it is for and how much stitching they have done, and we will point you at two or three.
I am missing a thread colour - what now?
Email us with the order number and the colour listed on the chart. We post a replacement, no charge and no argument.
Do you have a phone number?
No. Email keeps a written record of exactly which shade or chart is being discussed, which turns out to matter a great deal with thread.
